Group Leadership Programmes: Six months to supercharge your leadership
For cohorts of six to thirty participants, these programmes are like rocket fuel for your leaders because:
1. They are coaching-based, allowing leaders to uncover valuable insights about themselves so they can target their specific development areas and capitalise on their unique strengths.
2. They are rooted in the latest thinking in neuro-science and psychology which is used to educate and train on what it means to be a high performing leader.
3. They are action-focused. At the end of each session, leaders write commitments and are held accountable by reporting back on what they’ve put into practice at the start of the next session... igniting the pace of transformation!
How it works
The sessions are experiential, open, reflective, and lively. Participants will leave with new insights about themselves, practical tools and new skills to put into practice from the moment they walk out of the training room.
Six three hour modules, once per month, over six months gives participants a rich and meaningful learning experience with time to practice their new skills between sessions.

1: Understanding me: The first step to great leadership
Getting clear on values to gain deeper self- awareness and support decision-making, personal fulfilment and engagement with the role you perform. Re-wiring how you think in order to challenge any assumptions and limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Identifying and harnessing your own inherent leadership skills so these can be accessed and amplified for more positive outcomes in work and in life.
2: Perform at your peak: Optimising the learnable skill of EQ
Understanding the science of emotional intelligence (EQ) and the compelling business case for its relationship to leadership success.
Practical tools for self-management and being intentional about the qualities you bring to your leadership.
Action planning to put it all into practice in your working day for the benefit of yourself and your team.
3: Speaking up: Your leadership superpower
We’re conditioned to fit in as an evolutionary survival mechanism so this module breaks down the neuro-science to see what gets in the way.
Get comfortable giving feedback to others and giving clear messages so you can be trusted and better able to galvanise teams towards achieving a vision.
You’ll take away tools and frameworks to increase your influence and impact and charge up this leadership superpower.
4: Creating a coaching culture
Leaders who fuel a coaching culture will elevate performance of their team members, empower problem-solvers, strengthen relationships, increase engagement, raise productivity, enhance wellbeing, and improve retention.
This workshop has the power to transform team relationships, equipping leaders with the skills to build rapport, upgrade their listening skills and use powerful questions to unlock new thinking and get to better solutions.
5. Resilience: Keeping a cool head under pressure
Resilient leaders project a positive outlook that helps others maintain the emotional strength they need to commit to a shared vision, and the courage to move forward and overcome setbacks.

6. Goal setting for great outcomes
The science of goal setting and what that means in the real world.
Getting a clear plan on what needs to be done differently, where is the opportunity to change as a leader and being specific about how this will be applied at work over the coming weeks, months and beyond.
Applying learning to real life scenarios and making commitments to see this change through. Preparing for future challenges to be equipped for key milestones.
